How long does my order take to arrive?

Our estimated delivery times are 1-5 days in the UK and 1-7 working days for the US and Europe. Although these are our estimated delivery times you may find that the product arrives much sooner.

Can you provide support for Ubuntu?

Unfortunately we are unable to offer any direct support for Ubuntu. You can get great support buy any of the great methods listed over on the Ubuntu website.

My product doesn't work, what can I do?

If you believe that the disc itself is faulty then we will happily replace it for you. If you are having trouble running the software itself then please consult the support documentation.

I want to bulk buy, do you offer discounts?

Are prices in clusive of VAT?

Yes, at the current level of VAT.

How do you handle payments

Payments are taken by PayPal. These payments are completely secure and use the latest encryption methods to keep you safe.

Do I need a PayPal account to pay?

No, you can simply enter your credit/debit card details on the PayPal screen. A PayPal acocunt is optional.

I don't want to use PayPal, what are my alternatives?

You can pay by cheque or by wiring us the money. To pay by these methods please send us an email via the contact page of what you require and we will send you the details of our account. We will send out your products upon receipt of payment.
